Getting To Know Your Club
Have new club members this spring? Introduce everyone with this fun and simple activity!
Materials: 1 Ball (a beach ball works great!)
4-Her's
Lots of Enthusiasm
1 Sharpie
On the beach ball, write simple phrases such as "chocolate or vanilla?" "baseball or football?" "If you could have one super power what would it be?" "Favorite car?" or "Best 4-H experience?"
Gather group members in a circle. Begin by tossing the ball to one group member and saying his or her name. Ask him or her to answer the question where their right thumb lands. Take turns tossing the ball back and forth. Encourage members to toss the ball to someone they do not know. Names may be asked, if not already known.
This is a great activity to learn names and more!
